The SRS Heritage Foundation, chartered in 2005, was established to preserve and interpret the history of the Savannah River Site. The Foundation supports the operation and continued development of the SRS Museum, cultivating broad public, private, and volunteer support to advance its mission.
As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, the Foundation is governed by a 12-member Board of Directors. Membership is open to any individual who wishes to support and engage in preserving the legacy of the Savannah River Site.
